Updated Fine Policy

On 02/10/2026, the Board of Directors, during a scheduled Board Meeting, updated the Association's Fine Policy. This was announced on Facebook, and an email was send to all homeowners. The Fine Policy can be found under Association, Documents, and clicking on Nelson Hill HOA Fine Policy.
