2026 HOA Dues

Effective 01/01/2026, HOA dues have been raised to $145.00.
Payment can be made the following ways:

• Online Payment through PayHOA (Debit/Credit Card or ACH Payment (Fees Apply)
• Money Order or Personal Check
  
  • Must be made out to Nelson Hill Homeowners' Association, Inc.

Non-Payment will result in the following:

• Late fee of $10.00 on February 1st, 2026
• 1.5% interest charge on principal effective March 1st, 2026 until paid.

Failure to continue to pay assessments will result in lien placement on properties.
