Landscape Maintenance
Each homeowner is responsible for maintaining their property’s landscaping. This includes lawn mowing, edging, weed control, and routine trimming of trees and shrubs. Landscaping must not obstruct sidewalks or streets.
Failure to maintain grounds appropriately may result in notices for unsightly conditions and/or fines.
Yard Signs
No signs of any kind may be placed in yards, except real estate signs advertising the sale of a home.
Annual HOA Dues
Annual HOA dues are posted to each homeowner’s account on January 1. Payments may be made at any time after posting.

Matters Not Governed by the HOA
The HOA Board is frequently contacted regarding matters outside of HOA authority. For common concerns, please use the appropriate contact information below:
- Misdirected or Missing Mail (USPS)Contact the Hahira Post Office at 229-794-8132.
- Posting in the residents’ Facebook group or personally delivering misdirected mail can unintentionally mask delivery issues and prevent the postmaster from being aware of ongoing problems.
- Street Lights Out: Contact Colquitt EMC at 229-244-6893.
- You will need the yellow identification number on the light pole and/or the nearest street address to report a street light outage.
- Soliciting: Contact the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office (Non-Emergency) at 229-245-5270.
