HOA Dues

• On 05/16/2024, our management tool sent out 74 letters in regards to overdue balances for HOA Dues. Out of the 74 mailed, we have received 14 payments. Properties having unpaid dues by June 31st will be turned over to our attorney for lien filing. We are collecting these dues on behalf of the entire association to ensure services continue to be paid.
• Total delinquent dues outstanding are $12,285.00.

Lawn Service & Playground Library

• Special shout out to Cole's Lawncare for the great service and excellent quality of work they are performing. We are thrilled to have them as part of our neighborhood.
• Thank you to Mark Scheerer (Nelson Hill Maintenance LLC) for repairing the plexiglass for the little library at the Playground.

Signage Updates

• The Board is exploring updating signage throughout the neighborhood. Some residents, thank you to those, have shared pictures with us of decaying signs.

Yard & Landscaping Maintenance

• We please ask residents to maintain their lawns and their landscaping. This includes the backyard. Homeowners who neglect their backyards can receive a violation letter and potentially a Lowndes County Code Violation.

We are looking forward to seeing homeowners at our next meeting on June 11th, 2024, 6PM at the Old Hahira Courthouse across from the Train Depot next to the El Carrisal Mexican Restaurant.

The Nelson Hill HOA and its homeowners are transitioning to a new platform called PayHOA.


PayHOA is a software designed primarily to serve neighborhoods like ours to simplify things. In addition, PayHOA has several advantages over HOA Express. One of the best benefits of PayHOA is that it comes with a full accounting software.
